Rooms are nice and clean, bar and reception is nice and open, bar area is nice with comfortable seating, the open plan was a bit strange but worked. The decor in the hotel from reception to rooms really hits the high standard, looks and feels upper class. The staff were very friendly with plenty of them running around.

The beds were very comfortable. The rooms were very stylish with more than you could want. Great big TV and coffee machine. The room service also changes shampoos and shower gels each day! Bus was right outside the hotel and took you straight into the city centre. Lastly the staff at the hotel checking in were great and let us check in at 2pm. Also at check out we just used the self check out which was very easy and quick to use.

I thought the property was very beautiful. I like that the rooms they were really clean and new . You did have to take a cab anywhere you wanted to go because it was not close to town. Probably about 12 to 15 minutes away by cab . I also did not like the picture of the lady behind the bed. She was scary and I had to put the towel over the picture to sleep. I thought Mohammed, who was the concierge in the lobby was phenomenal! He gave us a ride to Eyre street. He went above and beyond and was super sweet! He deserves a raise.

This hotel was outstanding!! We were so happy with the room, it was pristine and beautiful and had everything you could ever need. The beds were SO comfortable! This was honestly one of our favorite hotels of our 16 day stay and we are going to look for Radisson hotels from now on whenever we go somewhere. They gave us free parking indoors and the wonderful concierge drove us for free to downtown Galway and gave us umbrellas. We were so glad we didn't stay in downtown Galway because this hotel was awesome and close to the city center. The hotel had some really cool photography artwork and even an art piece in our room above the bed. The decor was so nice. AND the breakfast buffet was incredible!! We have never had such a wonderful breakfast at a hotel! The selection was huge and the quality was excellent. Loved the berry compote with red currants for the yogurt, fresh baked goods, excellent coffee drinks, fresh fruit, perfectly cooked eggs etc. We loved it all!

Everything- loved this new hotel! The hotel is clean, fresh, modern and quite large. Rooms were decent size, well thought out for organization and clean. The bed was very comfy. The staff were very nice at every encounter. We didn’t select to include breakfast but I ended up paying the morning of. It was a huge selection and very good! While it is about a 10 minute drive from most of the tourist spots, considering we had been traveling for the last 8 days, it was nice to be in a large hotel with the comforts of quiet rooms, easy parking, not to hard to get in or out and modern amenities.

Superb breakfast and with smoked salmon... Reception staff were superb - I mention Amy - and 6th floor staff, especially Mr Alexei who constructs a superb Classic Margaruita.

Our experience was the perfect example of what I expect from a higher end chain hotel. The check-in went smoothly and our room was excellent. The bathroom was very nice and all the necessary toiletries were provided. The room itself was spacious and had a fantastic view of the city. The bed linens were perfect and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Everything was spotless and clean. And the provided bathrobes were amazing!
